Creamy Camu Camu Salad Dressing

A healthy alternative to traditional salad dressings, with a tart flavoury taste and lots of vitamin C.

  • 1 cup of grapeseed oil


  • 1 teaspoon of Miski Organics Camu Camu powder


  • ½  cup of white vinegar


  • 3 tablespoons of honey


  • 1 tablespoon of mustard


  • 1 ½ teaspoons of onion powder


  • 1 teaspoon of kosher or sea salt


  • ¼ teaspoon of ground pepper

Step by Step:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix well until creamy.
