Blueberry Almond Chia Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened plain almond milk
  • 1 cup (74 g) frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp (16 g) almond butter
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 1 tbsp of Miski Organics Dark Chia Seeds
  • ¼ tsp of Miski Organics Camu Camu Powder
  • A little maple syrup to sweeten
  • A little vanilla extract
