Made with quinoa, they contain good-for-you fibre, potassium and iron. This means they are great for an energy kick in the morning, or as replenishment after a workout. Although honestly, you can enjoy these banana protein muffins any time of day. How nice is it to have fresh muffins made to grab on the go? Especially when they are healthy and tasty enough for the whole family?!
What is also great about this recipe is that it is gluten-free – but will not break the bank! Miski Organics’ quinoa flakes and flour are a much less costly alternative to many gluten-free flours on the market.
