In a pot, heat up the milk with the maca and vanilla then add your sweetener of choice. Use a whisk to mix it all up and to froth the milk by hand. You can also use a milk frother if you have one.
Make your espresso shot in a mug, then slowly pour the milk in.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg and you are done!
