Quick Chia Seed Pudding


A healthy and delicious grab-and-go breakfast high in fiber and protein!

Yields: 2 servings

Prep time: 15 min

  • 2 cups regular milk or coconut milk
  • ½ cup Miski Organics chia seeds
  • ½ cup blueberries or chopped strawberries
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup yacon syrup, maple syrup, or sweetener of choice
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • shaved dark chocolate and/or unsweetened coconut flakes to top, if desired
  1. Blend all ingredients (except chia seeds and fruit) until smooth
  2. Whisk in chia seeds and fruit of choice
  3. Spoon mixture into small jars or glass containers and refrigerate overnight
  4. Sprinkle with shaved dark chocolate and/or unsweetened coconut flakes, if desired
